CANCELING AN ORDER
If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting the support team here. If you have already paid for your order, your unshipped and cancelled order will be refunded in full. In unusual cases, a partial refund will be offered at the discretion of Millicent Vee management.

REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with an item you have received, or have not received your order, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Refunds may be offered at the discretion of Millicent Vee management. If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, we will refund you for the items returned but not for the shipping cost.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
Other problems with your credit card
The identification of a pricing or product description error
If we do not accept your order, we will inform you by email and refund your credit card if it has been charged.
